Systemic Practise: Dr Eia Asen and Bert Hellinger
Dr Eia Asen (Karl Michael ‘Eia’ Asen) is a German born UK Family Court Expert, Psychiatrist, Director of the NHS Marlborough Family Service in London and a figure head of the Systemic Practise, which is a disputed psychiatric assessment model based on theories by Bert Hellinger. It is not possible so far to establish Dr Asen’s detailed training and background, as all requests by the public to the General Medical Council to share such information about him have been refused.
Hellinger himself – on whose theories Asen’s assessment work is built – is considered by many to be a self-styled new age guru whose theories on Hitler and family, and in particular on subjects such as incest, raise much consternation with observers of the psychological/mental health scene. What is particularly disturbing concerning Hellinger’s views is his views on the victim – perpetrator relationship, which is also reflected in Hellinger’s views about pedophilia and incest.
Hellinger’s controversial methods include an incest-therapy of his own making. In his view, a father who has sexually abused his daughter in childhood cannot been held responsible for the deed. The actual offender is the mother, whose repeated rejection of her husband’s sexual advances causes him to use the daughter instead. Hellinger turns a blind eye to the problems that emerge from incest, claiming that nothing is wrong with it and even postulates that a young girl might well experience her father’s advances as an exciting, pleasurable adventure. Years of terrible trauma and victimization are completely denied, and during family consultations these problems are “solved” by means of the following ritual: the practitioner orders the representative daughter to kneel down in front of her representative father [frequently in public!] and is then told to say: “Thank you Dad, I am very grateful to have been able to do this for you”.
Public criticism of Hellinger’s doctrine came to public attention on prime time television (April 19th 2004), when Germany’s renowned national TV-channel Das Erste presented a lengthy and most devastating report on Hellinger, called “Das Geschäft mit der Seele [Merchandising the Soul]“.
Following the scandalous revelations on the practises of dangerous psycho guru Bert Hellinger, the government of the German state of Bavaria conducted a report on Bert Hellingers “Familienstellen”. As Eia Asen is ideologically close to Hellinger in theory and practise, the notion of the government of Bavaria speaking against Bert Hellinger also addresses him. The subversive influence and the abuse of power of people such as Asen and Hellinger must be uncovered, investigated and outright banned.

BUSINESS CONNECTIONS OF DR EIA ASEN AND THE MARLBOROUGH FAMILY SERVICE
Aside from providing and spreading highly questionable court expert services, the Marlborough Family Service in London, under the tutelage of Dr Eia Asen, has various dubious business linkages and associations. It is, for example, closely connected with adoption businesses such as Corams. Eia Asen himself is also a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, various lobby groups, business associations and foundations that push for an increase in adoptions. His institute also entertains close links to City of London businesses and NGO organisations, such as the One World Trust and City Circle, which both host events at the Marlborough Family Service. Dr Rabia Malik – who is debuty director of the Marlborough Family Service – is the appointed director ofCity Circle.
Furthermore, the Marlborough Family Service hosts partnerships with the European Baha’i Business Forum, who are also present in the One World Trust. The Baha’i consider themselves a religion, but many observers define them as a cult for their persecution of former members together with some of their totalitarian teachings, since the Baha’i entertain a doctrine of infiltrating society to reach positions of power in law, politics and media to eventually establish themselves as the One World Religion. Through all these groups and organizations, Eia Asen and the Marlborough Family Service entertain close relationships to the British establishment, UK law firms, UK judges, legal panels, businesses and governmental lobbies. They train people and actively promote their services to a clientele which is composed exclusively of the “system”. Without a doubt Eia Asen promotes the Systemic Practice as way to treat the sick nations and their sick families, targeting in particular the children through courts, social services and academia.
Worth mentioning here is the business relationship between Dr Asen and law firms such as Bindmans in London. Asen and the MFS are, for example, connected to Dr Wendi Momen who is an active Baha’i, trustee of the One World Trust and a chair of the European Baha’i Business Forum, and who is, via the One World Trust closely connected (PDF) to the London law firm Bindmans, who refers the majority of their family cases to Dr Eia Asen and the Marlborough Family Service.
Regarding the law firm Bindmans: it should be noted that they specifically have an excellent insider reputation for representing men alleged of domestic and sexual abuse who desire sole custody of their children (as most truly abusive parents do). They are also active in various panels and are responsible for various ‘family law reforms’ that work in favor of perpetrators of abuse. In the meantime Bindmans carefully maintains its PR image as “Human Rights Lawyers”. It is the understanding of this author that behind the facades of Human Rights promotion many horrors have been covered up from public scrutiny. In the presentation of abusers in custody cases, Bindmans has managed successfully on countless occassions to manipulate and manage perceptions of actual events, and turn the actual victims officially into the perpetrators and the perpetrators into the victims. Reversed psychology and victim blaming is a characteristic of their game, and it reminds this author eerily of the tools of war propaganda employed by the Western war-machine (such as Britain and the US’ fictitious war on terror; perhaps there is a connection between this fictitious war and all the horrors in the UK family courts nobody dares to look at because it reeks of fascism). Yes, the truth gets blurry and one knows only one thing for sure – that one is constantly lied to and that abuse of human rights goes on by the very same people who proclaim to be champions for human rights and “humanitarian intervention” elsewhere.

DR EIA ASEN AND PEDOPHILE LOBBIES
Since Prof Ireland’s report from 2012 on the competency of expert witnesses it has become public knowledge that the UK court expert scene is shady, to say the least, and that the main incentive for experts is plain cruelty, greed and ambition (such was the case with outed UK court “expert” monster Dr Hibbert) .
In Dr Eia Asen’s case, however, a little bit more is at work since Asen is also actively partnering with groups such as the ‘Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Sexualforschung’(German Organization for Sexual Sciences) which has some very unholy links to groups such as the ‘Arbeitsgemeinschaft Humane Sexualitaet’ (Association for Humanitarian Sexuality) which is the public face of a pedophile lobby network that seeks to get incest and pedophilia accepted by society and law. Organisations like this exist everywhere all over the globe and they are active under names such as ‘The Howard Nichols Society’ or ‘The Rene Guyon Society’. Through organisations such as B 4 Act these pedophile lobbies also partner up with Mental Health “Professionals” such as Dr Asen and promote for a public understanding od pedophiles and their “human rights” (does this sound familiar – see Asen and his business connection). All these groups propagate ideas that the laws prohibiting sexual relations between adults and children, inside or outside the family, should be done away with. These groups have further in common that they entertain pedophile online forums such as Annabelle Leigh, girllover or boyslinks - to name just a few of such child lover forums and link listing pages. These groups are all well connected with everything that has to do with children, including law making, law firms, intensive lobbying as well as the psychology and spirituality scenes. It is thanks to people such as Eia Asen that pedophilia got declassified as a psychopathy on the American DSM index, which is the standard book which all Western psychologists and psychiatrists use to classify mental issues.
Considering what else Eia Asen is doing every day, it is not surprising to find Eia Asen supporting pedophile groups that have built themselves around the dubious cover of ‘Sexual Sciences’. These groups talk on their sites about their human right to have sexual feelings for children, and from there they link directly into online portals where it gets increasingly darker, more abusive and more obscene. It is here one can then also find access to sites in the ‘Darknet’ where child porn is actively traded, swapped, uploaded and downloaded and Billions of Dollars are made by Organized Pedophilia Criminals. Welcome to the Pedophile scene. They all try hard to appear normal and legit on the surface, but through the cracks in their facades it goes straight into hell. This scene wants us to accept that it is okay to abuse children, have sex with them and twist children’s minds, and to believe that children ain’t hurt victims but really pro-active participators in the pervert’s game. They even tell us that sex is food for children and educates them. Reverse psychology is the name of this game. And people such as Eia Asen are their ideological advocates.
It has to be noted that pedophile lobbies see the subversion of protective measures against child sexual abuse in all it’s facets as their Robin Hood like obligation and human right, and they will not shy away from lobbying, training and educating each other, putting members into key positions and twisting people’s common perception of what is acceptable or not whenever and wherever they possibly can as they see themselves as a misunderstood sexual minority and guerrilla fighters for a just cause (hence the liberal aura and platitudes they like to adopt; they learned this from the gay rights movement). The activities of Eia Asen and his associates are therefore not really surprising – he represents nothing else but an ever rising world wide surge of pedophile lobbying and undermining of the moral, social and legal systems that protect children from predators.
Pedophilia is an expression of the patriarchical spirit that has risen over the last two decades and wages war yet again. The name of this spirit may now be called “globalization” while in the past it called itself “colonialism”, but it is exactly the same as it always was. It is violent, manipulative, greedy, relentless, destructive, hypocritical and is only concerned with it’s own immediate material welfare. It knows all can be done for money, and people like Eia Asen are surely in its bag as little helpers.

DR EIA ASEN AND THE TRUTH – IS PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE STILL CONSIDERED A CRIME IN THE UK?
Under Eia Asen’s laughable ‘expert recommendations’ children get forcibly removed from protective parents to be put with abusive parents. Or, alternatively, he attempts to force mothers who are survivors of domestic violence to agree to shared care orders under the threat of removing their children from them altogether.
Children routinely get put into care or are put up for adoption under his recommendation and that of UK Social Services. Eia Asen – according to his CV – has also “assessed” countless women in psychiatric Mother-Baby units, which are nothing but institutions that legitimize forced adoption and baby snatching under flimsy pretexts.
Eia Asen abuses the law under the cover of his “psychiatric” cloak. Further to such moves, Dr Asen also does not shy away from actively suppressing evidence and playing the system to suffocate children’s voice of protest.
In the case of one little girl of 3 years he had forced away from her mother (after she raised allegations of sexual abuse against the father), Asen – in his role as appointed child and family mental health expert – placed the child with the abusive father. Immediately the girl started to show commonly recognizable physical symptoms of sexual abuse as soon as she came into the sole care of the father. Asen then actively suppressed the explicit recommendation of the GP (the house doctor in the UK) as well as that of a ‘real’ sexual abuse expert to refer the girl to CAMH (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Centre, an NHS institution) for play therapy without the father present. The court accepted Asen’s recommendation to ban such a treatment and banned the child from ever seeing a sexual abuse expert again or to talk to anybody at CAMH. Since Dr Eia Asen is however also on the board of CAMH no one dared to attempt to contradict Eia Asen in order to help this girl.
In addition to these activities, Dr Asen also helped to enforce a gag order to prevent the mother from speaking about the case and the events surrounding her daughter and her more then justified suspicion of organized foul play and Dr Asen’s involvement in a cover up.

HOW THE SYSTEMIC PRACTISE OVERTOOK THE FAMILY COURT EXPERTS SCENE

Dr Eia Asen is a disciple of a Bert Hellinger (see here) whose views officially violate the German constitution. Nonetheless Asen is one of the most public advocates in spreading Hellinger’s world views and Hellinger’s ‘Systemic Family System’.
Dr Asen is author of various books on Systemic Practice and Systemic Assessment model. But Asen’s real income is not through selling books, but by spreading the Systemic Practice in the psychological mainstream industry by assessing people for the Family Courts and by training aspiring psychiatrists and social workers to become like him experts for family court cases, and and in particular child protection. Dr Asen is currently one of the leading UK family court experts in child protection and custody disputes. The controversial Systemic Practice invented by Hellinger and spread by Eia Asen promises a quick route to becoming a court expert and it is now one of the most widely practiced models for court appointed family experts in the UK and US, but increasingly also Germany and other European countries.
Being a court expert is a quick way for psychiatrists to make money in the age of privatized national services, and is a true career pusher and cash cow. Like social workers these days, court experts work privately by direct court appointment (on recommendation of lawyers) and through agencies such as child protection. The level of qualification and real expertise amongst court experts has over the last decade rapidly declined. Recent (March 2012) revelations by Prof Ireland, that the UK Family Court Expert scene is riddled with crooks comes to no surprise to anyone who ever came in contact with that insanity.
UK Family Court appointed ‘experts’ such as Asen are called in for mainly custody and child welfare cases, in particular custody cases in which domestic violence and/or incest/sexual abuse is alleged; or cases in which social services alleges child abuse. The overall tendency of all Systemic Practice court experts is to deny incest and abuse when it is part of an allegation in a custody case but to identify it when social services is alleging it. It has become routine for experts such as Asen to recommend that children live with an abuser, and to remove the protective (reporting) parent completely from a child’s life when he/she protests. Asen gets this done by calling the protective parent “emotionally abusive”. He also works in separating children from their parents through forced adoption when Social Services alleges that the parents perhaps became abusive one day, and in particular emotionally abusive – in the future. This is, of course, a form of wishy washy diagnosis, not mention an Orwellian pre-crime allegation, but getting children removed under allegations of possible future emotional abuse has become by now common practice and is exercised over and over again. Psychiatry, as abused by Asen and Co, is a political weapon against the population and one can be ascribed a “Personality Disorder” simply by daring to criticize this system that is otherwise destroying peoples lives. Dr Eia Asen, who spread Hellinger’s systemic practice, has gained so much influence beyond the Marlborough Family Service that it now condemns countless children through the court “experts” he influenced and trained to a life of abuse – or to be separated from their parents by his recommendation or by request of Social Services. Within a custody case it is not only that abuse is ignored by ‘experts’ such as Asen, evidence is also actively suppressed, with brazen criminal methods we look at here.
What shall be added here (in May 2012), is that most of the so called “court experts” in the UK are neither qualified nor able to make any reasonable assessments on anybody. A recent investigative study by Professor Jane Ireland, a forensic psychologist at the University of Central Lancashire, demonstrated this once more. The Systemic Practice has much to answer for this. However, the UK family court system is keeping silent even after these horrifying revelations, and proceeds with business as usual, because, indeed, it is a business. It is a big money making cash cow that thrives on it’s insanity and spreads nothing but misery, abuse and horror.

PROTECTING AND FOSTERING PEDOPHILIA AND ABUSE UNDER THE COVER OF SYSTEMIC PRACTICE – EIA ASEN AND THE FATHER LOBBIES

The Systemic Practise is an assessment and family therapy model that is based on theories of systems of behavior within family and group settings. It is based on Bert Hellinger’sFamilienstellen, which also deals with systems within families, plus a mixture of pseudo-spirituality and hypnotherapy. Although Systemic Practitioners such as Asen deny it, the Systemic Practice is built on, and ideologically intertwined, with Hellinger’s views. The greatest fallacy of the Systemic Practice is it’s patriarchal world view, which will always seek to devalue women, and the fundamental right of women and children to live free from abuse. Instead it emphasizes that abuse is part of a relationship (provided it comes from a man) and can be tolerated. On the other side of this coin women are assessed to be emotionally abusive for denying violent fathers access to children or for raising the issue at all. This is a very crucial twist in this world view and one that gives a blessing to violent men while condemning and punishing women who seek to end violent and abusive relationships and to protect themselves and children from abuse. It is because of the ever increasing influence of the Systemic Practice, and their patriarchal worldview wrapped in liberal cloths, that children are taken away from protective mothers and placed into the custody of violent and abusive men.

In the various on- and offline magazines of the Systemic Practitioners (Soc Works, Context, Human Systems Journal, System Magazine [PDF] etc), Dr Asen gives personal birthday greetings to the likes of the German Dieter Duhm, who is the founder of ZEGG, the Centre for Creating a Experimental Society (Zentrum für Experimentelle Gesellschafts-Gestaltung). Members of the Centre published in 1992 a pamphlet about the ‘Sexuality of Children” in which they attack the ‘abuse of abuse’ – in particular women that press charges against partners that commit abuse and sexual abuse against their children. According to ZEGG this step by women to out abuse within and outside the family is based on the organized criminalization of men by church, media and radical feminists. What ZEGG doesn’t mention is that Dieter Duhm and ZEGG were investigated and also convicted for child abuse. It is common knowledge in the child abuse fighting scene that Mr Duhmis a “child lover” in the disguise of an alternative lifestyle guru. ZEGG is also closely associated with ISUV which is the German version of Fathers for Justice, that has successfully lobbied since the 80s against ‘Sexual allegations in custody cases’ and supports members with information on hard nosed law firms and other useful “information war”, and creates a widely-spun international network of “fathers against mothers” . It’s favorite Red Herring is “father’s rights”. On the back of this smelly old fish it has become standard to dismiss women reporting abuse to be nothing but hysterical bitches. Sadly, this red herring had many effects also on how social services and family courts view “bitter custody cases” and the now common stand is that all women must simply lie (and this despite loads of evidence, including reports by children, police reports, etc). It is thanks to organizations such as ISUV and their links with people like Eia Asen that phrases like ‘parental alienation’ and ‘emotional abuse’ were coined, which is now the standard terminology used against protective parents in any kind of setting, including forced adoptions and child snatching.
Putting things into context (experts that can be bought, incompetent social services, agenda ridden lawyers and legal lobbyists) it comes as no surprise at all that these abused women get separated from their children, be it that they allegedly made false claims of abuse against their ex-s or are themselves by social services alleged to be emotionally abusive. In the end it is always the victim that gets punished, be it the woman or the children. The psychopathic social service undercurrent in all this is the denial of abuse and to protect those who deny and practice it, and to dish out false blame and diversion tactics plus various punishment strategies against victims.
The women’s lib representatives of various groups have so far not picked up on this rising problem and simply ignore it. Perhaps because it is dangerous to mess with these “new family” lobbies? Is this not a women’s issue par excellence? Does it not also reflect on a state that pushes towards fascism through it’s obsessions with it’s war on terror, enemy surveillance, mounting secrecy, ever increasing lies and hypocrisies and cutting down access to justice for the masses? Is abuse of women and children and child snatching not one of the core expression of fascism (see John Pilger)? Women and parents who went through this abusive ordeal, that is the UK legal system today, experienced how they were systematically silenced and disempowered, had themselves torn apart as human beings and were destroyed as families, mothers and women. If this is not a fascist system, I do not know what is. Why do these people claim all is good for women and parents in the Empire? Oh right, we do have a war against bad Muslims going on, they allegedly treat their women folk even worse. What seems to be really going on in the West meanwhile, is that women are bullied through the backdoor with the help of the likes of Eia Asen and his evil corporate cohorts. Be they fellow “experts”, ideologues, lobbyists, politicians or judges. This regime against women and mothers in the West is in many ways much much worse then forcing women under a hijab in Islamic countries.
